Congrats - you've created a business profile with HYR, now what?
HYR is not a staffing agency or a job board. HYR is the technology which connects you to Pro’s looking to fill extra shifts. That’s why HYR is affordable and ultra fast.
What should you do next?
POST A FREE SHIFT:
Post your first shift, whether that be same day, or in the future. We find clients have the most success when they post their shifts no more than four days prior to the shift.
Remember to include all the relevant details. The special instruction area is where you can include details such as what to wear, and who to ask for when they arrive.
We recommend you fill your shift quickly. Once you see an applicant that meets your needs, select them. The longer the shift is posted, Pro's may make other plans, and no longer be available.
SELECT YOUR PRO:
When selecting your Pro, make sure to check the work history. The HYR community is accountable, and that’s why you can also see a Pro’s ratings, and if they have cancelled on a shift in the past.
GET IN TOUCH:
Once you select a Pro connect with them – you can text, call, or email.
CANCELLATIONS:
We also get frustrated when Pros cancel on shifts. HYR tries to ensure that Pros who are applying to shifts are truly interested in the shifts and available to work. When a Pro cancels on a shift, that shift is automatically reposted to the HYR community so new applicants can be considered. All Pros must abide by our cancellation policy.
PAYMENTS:
You pay HYR, we pay the Pro. If a Pro has a question about their payments, please refer them to HYR.
RECEIPTS:
If you require a receipt for your shift, just let us know.
RATE:
Following your shift, you can rate your Pro on punctuality, attitude, presentation and credibility. Ratings will appear on your Pro’s profile.
